Comments: Retelling of the rise and evolution of David Bowie. Utilizes a Citizen Kane-esque plot structure. A bisexual love story. A film about how artists are constantly being influenced, stealing, and cannibalizing their influences. The mask frees the artist from the boundaries of their environment and social conditioning. Eddie Izzard does great work in the film.
